Privacy Policy

This policy covers the AudioBlend iOS app and the audioblend.io website, operated by Particle Bay Ltd ("Particle Bay", "we", "us"). The short version: AudioBlend does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

What we collect

Nothing. AudioBlend has no user accounts and sends no personal information, usage data, or identifiers to us. We run no analytics or crash-reporting services and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

AudioBlend saves your settings — such as slider positions, preferences, and the addresses of pages you have open — locally on your device so the app can restore your session. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.

Because AudioBlend includes a web browser, the websites you visit may store cookies and similar data in the app's browsing storage, just as they would in any browser. That data also stays on your device.

Third-party websites

AudioBlend is a browser: the content you play comes from websites you choose to visit. When you load a website, it receives your requests directly (including your IP address) and its own privacy policy applies to what it collects. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the practices of third-party websites.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and processed entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID. To validate purchases and manage subscription status, the app may share an anonymized purchase receipt and a random app-generated identifier with a third-party subscription-management provider. This identifier is not linked to your identity.

Email

If you email us at hello@audioblend.io, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to respond to you, we don't add you to any mailing list, and we delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed.

This website

audioblend.io is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.

Children

AudioBlend includes unrestricted web access and is not directed at children. Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required by the App Store rating in your region.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we hold essentially no personal data about you — at most, support emails you have sent us — exercising these rights is simple: email hello@audioblend.io and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how AudioBlend handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
